Yorkshire’s leading business telecoms provider, Intouch Advance, has had an extremely successful six-month period to the end of September, with a number of major new customer contract wins, as well as significant existing-customer contract renewals in terms of both their value and duration. The value of this new business alone is worth some £2.5 million per annum to the company.

During the six-month period ending 30 September, Intouch Advance has been awarded brand new contracts from 15 new customers for the delivery of a range of business telecoms and data services. CEO, Simon Pollard said: “Our new customers acquired during this period range from SMEs to large enterprises and organisations from across a broad mix of industry sectors, such as education, financial services and retail.” Amongst these new customers are Blackpool Football Club, Bermar Building, Kingstown Associates, Tate Solicitors, Yorkshire Payments, LCF Law, Outwood Grange Academy and Cue Garden.

“Contracts range in length from 24 to 48 months and are for the supply of a mix of telecoms services, including mobile, fixed line, Voice over IP, and hosted telephony. While each deal comprises a very similar mix they are all bespoke and tailored to each client’s specific needs. One of our strengths is in being able to recommend a different slice of our product set that will meet our clients’ varying requirements, optimally,” said Pollard.

In the same period, 10 existing customers have renewed contracts with Intouch Advance, with the new relationships ranging from two to three years in duration and of ‘significant size’.  Among these satisfied clients are household names from across the region and the wider UK, operating in sectors such as retail, logistics, manufacturing and insurance.

“Our award-winning customer service and tailored telecoms product offerings are behind our ongoing success with existing clients,” explained Pollard. “One of our customers, Hellmans Worldwide Logistics, who have been with us for over 10 years, have renewed their contract with us for all their fixed and mobile telephony services and added new data networks. Their mobile package includes 160 connections, which is pretty sizeable in terms of the revenue it generates, but in addition to these services, they’ve now also awarded us a totally new contract to supply their data services throughout all their UK sites.”

To keep pace with this ever-increasing workload, the company has also grown its customer services and telesales teams over this time and continues to recruit in line with its expanding business portfolio.
