WIFI CALLING

WHAT IS WIFI CALLING?

WiFi calling is a service for Android and iOS smartphones providing the ability to make and receive calls over a WiFi connection rather using the traditional mobile network. Many types of WiFi networks are compatible with this service including your home connection, as well as public connections such as in coffee shops, airports and train stations. Most major mobile phone providers support WiFi calling, with support from the most recent iPhones and Android phones; there’s no additional charge for using the WiFi Calling service. All calls you make with it will use your plan’s minutes as usual.

HOW TO MAKE A WIFI CALL

WiFi calling isn’t automatically enabled on smartphones, however, it’s easy to set up; Just connect your phone to WiFi, ensure you have the latest software installed and switch on WiFi Calling in your settings.
