Saltaire based telecommunications company Intouch Advance are delighted to have been selected as Small to Medium Enterprise of the Year finalists at the Telegraph and Argus’ Bradford Means Business Awards.

This year’s Awards will be presented at a black tie gala awards dinner at the Aagrah Midpoint Suite, Thornbury on Saturday 8 June.  This is familiar ground for Intouch Advance – the Aagrah have been one of their valued customers for over two years.

The SME of the Year award category received over 100 entries.  Sponsored and judged by Morrisons Supermarkets Plc, Intouch Advance have been whittled down to the final three shortlisted Bradford companies.

Intouch Advance’s CEO, Simon Pollard, said:

“We are delighted to have been selected as a finalist for the SME of the Year Award, sponsored by Morrisons Supermarkets Plc.

“We have achieved 6.7% growth over the past year, despite the recession.  We have also retained over 95% of our customers, achieved through going beyond customer expectations, providing market leading account management and engaging with and understanding our customers.  This includes the likes of Card Factory, Tuffnells, Parcel Express, Yorkshire Building Society and Pace Ltd.

“We are proud to support and sponsor Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Sandy Lane Junior Football Team, with some exciting campaigns planned for this coming year.  Additionally, we have extended our portfolio to include the latest products and services in the market, such as cloud telephony, CAB car kits and 4G services.

“We sincerely hope that such strong financial performance, staff and customer care initiatives, demonstration of real potential for future success and positive impact on the community, help us to secure the award.”

Intouch Advance are up against Park House Healthcare; a supplier of pressure area equipment, specialist beds and moving and handling solutions and Advanced Supply Chain; provider of logistics and distribution services.  They have had a very successful year so far, achieving finalist status for both the Mobile News Awards in March and the Comms Dealer Sales Awards in May, both for exceptional customer service.
