Intouch Advance were selected as Mobile News Awards 2013 finalists for Customer Service at the mobile industry’s biggest and most prestigious awards ceremony last week.
Heading for its 17th year, the Mobile News Awards continues to acknowledge the best products, innovations, services and companies in the UK mobile communications industry. This took place on 14 March at the Park Lane Hilton, London.
Intouch Advance were up against the likes of Vodafone O2, Samsung, EE and Vodafone. All Mobile News Award submissions are judged by a panel of independent mobile industry experts. O2 Centre of Excellence dealer Uplands picked up the Customer Service 2013 award but Intouch Advance are already making plans for an award winning entry next year that puts the big players to shame.
