We originally began our relationship with International Game Technology (IGT) in 2004 – at that time the company was part of the Barcrest Group. Initially, we worked with 75 connections including voice and BlackBerry BES provision, which has increased to around 200 connections through organic growth and acquisition.

Over the years we have built up a strong relationship with Barcrest Group/SG Gaming, starting with mobile voice and BlackBerry provision and expanding to mobile data provision.

Intouch Advance were instrumental in overseeing and managing the transfer to a new account of 98 connections in 2011, when IGT de-merged from the Barcrest Group. IGT were impressed with the seamless transition and our hands-on management of the procedure.

In 2012 we amended the IGT tariff, ensuring they would benefit from reductions in EU and ROW call and data charges. This has resulted in savings of £11,000.

As a large international company, IGT often have demand for new connections and equipment orders, which need to be implemented at very short notice. They have been particularly impressed at our track record of going above and beyond to expedite such requests.

IGT continue to save on costs due to our monthly account reviews.
