In the unlikely event that an Intouch Advance customer experiences a fault on any of our services we encourage you to report a fault online. Please complete the enquiry form by clicking on the 'Fault Portal' to the right hand side of this page where you will receive automatic updates online, alternatively please call the following support number or send an email to the faults email address shown below:

When you contact the fault helpdesk we will take details of the fault symptoms following the fault through to resolution. Please be aware that all inbound calls are call recorded to help improve our service to the end customer.
