The philosophy of our success is simple, providing a customer service experience that is second to none.

 

In order to provide the level of service both our customers and our company demand, we choose to partner third party, Tier One carriers who provide dedicated support to Intouch Advance and can demonstrate an exemplary commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

By using this approach Intouch Advance has created a virtual team to provide excellent customer service across our business.  At present the virtual team consists of around fifty four individuals whose primary job is to service Intouch Advance and our customers.  Should the service levels of any of our partners drop, we will not place any further business with them until it can be demonstrated that the service levels have returned to the standards our customers expect.

 

All of our customers will be allocated their own account manager and have access to our customer service department on a 24/7 basis.
