WORKING WITH THE PROPERTY BUYING COMPANY

  • Intouch Advance implemented ISDN lines alongside a new telephone system for The Property Buying Company in readiness for an upturn in growth.

  • We also installed a number of geo and non geographic numbers with IVR functionality and STD area code routing for sales and marketing purposes.
    After three months working alongside their management team, the customer extended the services to enable us to fulfil and supply their mobile phone contract.

  • We catered for the specific business needs of The Property Buying Company by providing a tailored fixed line solution.

  • We implemented a central UK number which is accessible 24 x 7 from our call management portal. This routes calls geographically and enables the customer to measure the effectiveness of their sales and marketing campaigns. We can quickly and effectively provide them with additional telephone numbers and route accordingly, in line with their activities.

  • We are regularly onsite to make necessary changes and amendments to their fixed lines as they expand and introduce new campaigns and activities. Owing to the high volume of calls they receive daily, we have implemented on-hold messaging and music to their lines.
