Since we formed and maintained our relationship with Card Factory in 2011, Intouch Advance has successfully increased the range of products and services that we supply to both its stores and new Head Office.
Intouch Advance were recommended to Card Factory via word of mouth referral. We originally supplied them with their fixed calls and lines where we saved them in excess of 29% against their previous incumbent supplier.
Following a successful migration and a number of cost benefits we secured the Card Factory’s MPLS data network contract to service 500 of their stores.
We continue to grow their data network and the number of data connections now stands at over 754.
Our relationship has further developed as we were approached by Card Factory to install a telephone system in their new Head Office in 2013.
We have implemented a dedicated IVR, (Interactive Voice Response) to meet the needs of Card Factory. All calls are answered personally as the ‘Card Factory telecoms helpdesk.’ Calls are recorded and each call is logged on a daily basis.
A supporting management report is then sent to the IT Manager to demonstrate how efficient we handle queries giving the Management Team total peace of mind that we are servicing their requirements on a daily basis.
