About Intouch Advance

Intouch Advance aim to establish a programme of continuous cost reduction and improved efficiencies in Telecommunications Services whilst setting new standards in customer care through introducing our converged solutions.
History
Intouch Advance was founded in April 2001 by our current Managing Director, Simon Pollard. The company was initiated as a 'Telecoms Consultancy' geared up to target large to medium sized businesses providing voice, data and mobile solutions along with next generation, converged IP services. In the six years since our inception we have built a strong and loyal customer base and currently manage approximately £25.8 million of telecoms expenditure on behalf of our customers.
How do we do it?
The secret of our success is simple. We work closely with our customers to understand their short, medium and long term communication requirements with a view to building a strategy to fulfill our customers end goals. We then act as a single point of contact for all communication services so you don't have to deal with multiple supplier relationships.

The solutions that Intouch Advance provide are delivered in conjunction with carefully chosen providers who are the best of breed in their individual fields. Each of these providers is vetted for their stability, resilience, capabilities and most importantly, their ability to deliver top quality customer service. For each product we sell we work with a variety of providers in order to give us a best of breed solution for almost any requirement.
Convergence
In the past twelve months we have been embracing the next generation of communication technology and now have a very strong offering in the IP and Converged arenas. By applying our legacy principles to the new Converged suppliers we feel we are ideally placed to provide the best of breed Converged solutions to our new and existing customers.
